I always heard that the more years a couple are together, the more they look alike. This picture, taken just 3 weeks before our 13 anniversary, sheds a truth on that old saying. We DO look a lot alike! John & I are really enjoying are time in Arizona. The weather is absolutely gorgeous...not too hot, not too cold. There is always a gentle breeze blowing and right now the smell of orange blossoms and honeysuckle fill the air with a sweet, fragrant aroma.
We have enjoyed our time with family and friends and shared many laughs and meals together. Last night, we tried Thai food for the first time. It was really a neat and tasty experience! We have also enjoyed some liesurely book reading, movie watching and naps!
Whitley spends a great deal of time swimming in the pool and playing on the computer. We plan to take her to the zoo down here and gdo some golfing over the last few remaining days of our trip.
As we sit in 88 degree weather, our computer shows that it is a whopping 18 degrees back home. You know what? I miss that weather about as much as I miss being single! NO THANKS!
